Hearts of Oak have won their FA Cup protest against Sharp Arrows and thus progresses to the Round of 32 of the knockout competition, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The Ghana FA's Disciplinary Committee ruled in Hearts' favour after the Division One club failed to turn up for their Round of 64 game in January.
The Kintampo-based club however argued their entitled enticement fees for their participation in the competition remained outstanding on the day of the match, thus their decision to abort the game.
This argument was however countered by a testimony of the match official who claim both sides had agreed in principle to honour the game despite the setback.
The DC therefore ruled Sharp Arrows losers of the abandoned match, giving the Premier League side a smooth passage to the Round of 32 where they will play Dunkwa United.
A date and venue for this outstanding round of 32 is however yet to be determined by the FA Cup committee.
