Hearts of Oak will comprehensively beat Asante Kotoko on Saturday if the pre-match press conference is anything to go by.
The two most glamorous clubs in Ghana go head-to-head in the return encounter of the innovative pre-season friendly dubbed â€˜Super 2â€™ which is organized by a non-governmental agency Kome To My Aid aimed at raising funds for charity.
However while representatives of Hearts of Oak touted the readiness of its players to deliver a resounding victory on Saturday, their opponentâ€™s rather gave a subdued speech which sought to downplay the end result.
â€œWe are going to sell a good game to the fans and I can assure you the players are ready for the big game against our friends from Kumasi,â€ Hearts rep, Neil Armstrong told the press conference.
â€œKotoko is a more than worthy opponent but on Saturday I believe our players will do us all proud by beating them comprehensively.â€
Jerry Asare, a Kotoko director responded: â€œThis is a very good exercise ahead of the league and therefore a lot of premium would not be placed on the result,â€
â€œBoth clubs say they are doing rebuilding, and therefore at the end of the day it is peace we all want to achieve while raising funds for a good course.â€
The two sides go into Saturdayâ€™s game haven played out a highly entertaining one all draw in Kumasi a week ago.
