Sekondi Hasaacas started 14-year-old goalkeeper Shaibu Rafique Issah in their MTN FA Cup Round of 64 defeat to Bibiani Gold Stars on Wednesday, 22 December 2021.

Head coach Joseph Agyemang did not hesitate to hand the recently graduated Junior High School pupil his debut against the Ghana Premier League campaigners in a competitive fixture.

Issah goes down into the history books as the youngest player to feature for Sekondi Hasaacas FC at age 14 year and 159 days.

He was among the 2021 Basic Education Certificate Examination candidates.

Issah attended S. D. A Preparatory School Assin Andoe.

Hasaacas suffered a 1-0 loss to Gold Stars to exit the Cup competition but young Issah will relish this day.

On 3 December 2021, he was named on the Hasmal bench for the first time as they beat Samartex 1-0 at home in a Division One League fixture.
