England-born attacker of Ghanaian descent, Callum Hudson-Odoi has opened up on the possibility of playing for the Black Stars.

According to him, it feels good to know that he still has the chance to play for both England and Ghana at the senior national team level.

Speaking to The Telegraph in an interview, Callum Hudson-Odoi said he is yet to decide on which country he will represent.

He said after signing for Nottingham Forest, he hopes that when he starts playing in the English Premier League Ghana will approach him.

“That decision hasn’t been made yet. I’m still thinking it over. Ghana is a very good option but let’s wait and see.

“Hopefully, once I start playing games here, maybe Gareth [Southgate] or Ghana will come. It’s a nice position to be in and hopefully, sooner or later we will know,” Callum Hudson-Odoi disclosed.

The Ghana FA in the last couple of years has reportedly explored the possibility of getting Callum Hudson-Odoi to play for the Black Stars.

In past interviews, the youngster admitted that it is possible he will ditch England to represent Ghana.
