I want Ghanaians to see you heckling and fighting - Asamoah Gyan inspires Black Stars ahead of Madagascar clash

Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan has issued a passionate plea to the Black Stars, urging them to give it their all and leave everything on the pitch in their crucial 2026 World Cup qualifier against Madagascar.

Gyan, who joined the team on their trip to Morocco, addressed the players at their hotel, exuding confidence in their qualification prospects. "Let's go 100%.

”I want Ghanaians to see you heckling and fighting. We have great players, the talent and everything is there, but that commitment, a bit, just small, and we would get there."

The former Sunderland striker reminded the players that the World Cup is the ultimate prize, and it's time to put everything into perspective.

"Sometimes, you can come and your club will be telling you to be careful, but the World Cup is the ultimate."

Gyan's backing provides motivation and reassurance for the team as they pursue qualification.

A victory against Madagascar on Monday, March 24, would secure a comfortable lead in Group I for the Black Stars.
