Fans of Nigerian Professional Football League side Ifenyi Ubah re-echoed their massive support for head coach Yaw Preko despite recent challenges.
Chairman the supporters front of the club Anthony Onirujewu popularly known as Abada said that the fans are solidly behind the young coach, stating that the club fans both within and outside Nnewi appreciates the good work that the gaffer is doing with the team.
"We have travelled with the team within and outside the nation, we see the impact the coach has created and he has our support since the management is fully with him," he told freekicknaija.
"It might interest you to know that even though our darling club is privately owned, our ever listening president Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and the club's Chairman Chukwuma Ubah will always listen to the fans in the area of decisions making,"
"We are the champion of champions and every team will always give their A game against us,” he added.
The fans then assured Yaw Preko of their support as the NPFL gets highly competitive.
“We want to tell the gaffer to feel at home and do his job and consolidate on the current form.”
"I appeal to every true fan of the club to support the team and cheer the team both in good and thin conditions because that is the duty that we owe the players and the team as a whole.
For now he is the coach and also doing fine and in him we trust, Abada concluded."
FC Ifeanyi Ubah are currently above the 10 position with 17 matches played but the Anambra Warriors were within the red zone at the initial stage of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
