Former Asante Kotoko right-back Amos Frimpong is convinced that Ignatius Osei-Fosu is one of the best coaches on the local scene.

Frimpong and Osei-Fosu worked for the first time in the just-concluded season. The latter sanctioned the defender’s move to Techiman Eleven Wonders for the second round of the campaign.

They both played their roles well as the club escaped relegation by placing 12th despite their off-field troubles which included a stadium ban for flouting Covid-19 protocols.

The young coach's hard work has been appreciated by Amos, who claims the former Liberty Professionals gaffer is destined for the top.

“They all did well but I can say that Coach Ignatius Osei’s performance was good but people might not see the good side of him because of working with Eleven Wonders," Frimpong told Ghanasportspage.com.

“He is one of the best coaches Ghanaians should watch out for and support him because he is having some qualities. If we support him he can help Ghana for the nation to benefit.”

“Playing in the second round, I can choose Coach Ignatius Osei as one of the best coaches in Ghana because I have worked under him and I know the good instructions he gives us on the pitch.”

“His qualities can help Ghana so we should support and give him the platform so that we can see his good works.”
