Cristian Stellini has now revealed a private talk he had with Antonio Conte after sacking.
Spurs decided to part ways with the Italian manager following the club’s latest poor results. Stellini was appointed as Tottenham’s head coach until the end of the season, with Ryan Mason being his assistant.

Ahead of the club’s Premier League clash with Everton, Stellini was asked about his relationship with Conte after the sacking to which he replied, via Football London.
“I spoke with Antonio… My relationship with Antonio is still the same, very close and nothing changed between us. I have to say thank you because I have improved a lot in my career under him and it’s because of him. I do the best for him before and I do the best for him until the end of the season.”
