Midfielder Paul Pogba has completed his transfer to Juventus Turin. The “Old Lady” officially announced this on its website on July 11.
“Paul returned to Turin. He left here as a boy, and returned as a man and a champion.”
Pogba has signed a contract with Juventus until 2026. He joined the team on a free transfer as his contract with Manchester United expired. The Frenchman received a commission of two and a half million euros. His annual salary will be 8 million euros.
Recall that Pogba was in the status of a free agent after leaving Manchester United. Pogba has been with Manchester United since 2016. He moved to the club from Juventus for 105 million euros. When he was with Manchester United, they won the English League Cup, and also became the winner of the Europa League.
He won the Italian championship four times with Juventus, as well as the Coppa Italia twice and the Super Cup three times. Pogba was a member of the French national team that won the World Cup, the European Championship, and the UEFA Nations League.
