Goals from Solomon Adomako and Ebenezer Sekyere ensured that Great Olympics beat King Faisal 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday in Accra to return to winning ways.

Olympics came out tops in the tight contest to condemn King Faisal to third straight defeat in the top-flight.

King Faisal, determined to end their poor run of results, made a great start. They created a number of chances but failed to convert any.

Adomako put Olympics in front with a fine finish on 30 minutes following a great spell for the hosts.

King Faisal doubled up and got their equaliser after halftime. Zubairu Ibrahim netted from close range in the 52nd minute.

With 10 minutes to go, Olympics got the winner thanks to Sekyere.

King Faisal have dropped to fourth due to the defeat with one point separating them and sixth-placed Olympics.
