Bechem United shot into the lead on 19 minutes when Emmanuel Annor finished off an assist from Augustine OKrah.
Okrah doubled their lead after 25 minutes when he was assisted by Francis Twene.
But the hosts managed to reduce the deficit before the break when Tahir A. Mensah scored in the 36th minute.
Late on, Bechem United defender Samuel Osei Kuffour scored an own goal to give the visitors hope of a dramatic comeback win.
But the Hunters pushed hard for the win and snatched it in the fourth minute of optional time through Emmanuel Owusu.
