Ghanaian midfielder Solomon Mensah has completed a move to Iraqi top-flight side Naft Missan SC, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.
Mensah sealed the move on Friday where he signed a one-year renewable contract after passing his medical examination.
The 29-year-old joined on a free transfer after leaving Egyptian Premier League outfit Aswan SC after the 2020-21 season.
Mensah played a significant role for Aswan in the Egyptian top-flight last term having made 24 appearances.
The defensive midfielder who can also play as a center back moved to Egypt in January 2020 after a short-term spell at Lebanese club Shabab Sahel.
Mensah won the Ghana FA Cup with Bechem United in 2015 before travelling abroad.
