Former Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong completes move to Guinean club CI Kamsar

Former Asante Kotoko SC captain Amos Frimpong has completed his move to Guinean side Club Industriel de Kamsar, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The experienced defender arrived in Kamsar on Tuesday to complete his transfer.

Frimpong is in Guinea for a second spell after playing for AS Kaloum Star from July 2019 to March 2021.

The 29-year-old returned to the Ghana Premier League in March where he joined Eleven Wonders FC for the second round of the 2020/2021 season.

Frimpong made 16 appearances for Wonders where he scored once and also won one man of the match award.

Kamsar will be participating in the CAF Champions League next season.
