Technical Director of the Ghana Football Association Bernhard Lippert pay a visit to Ghana midfielder Iddrisu Baba in Spain.

The German has been in Spain monitoring the welfare of players, with Iddrisu Baba recently returning to action after an injury he suffered during the Africa Cup of Nations.

Baba has been in outstanding form for Real Mallorca this season, making 26 La Liga appearances and scoring a goal for the Spanish outfit.

Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku reacted to Bernhard Lippert's visit, and was delighted to see Baba make full recovery.

"Glad you are back to full fitness. Thanks to Bernard Lippert for the visit and words of encouragement," he wrote on Facebook.

Iddrisu Baba's form has seen him attract interest from Spanish La Liga sides Elche and Osasuna.

The two clubs are keenly monitoring the Ghana international, with Mallorca battling for survival in La Liga.

The 26-year-old is valued around 4 million Euros but has a release clause of 45 million Euros on his current deal, which expires in 2024.

Although the two clubs want to sign him permanently, a decision will be made based on Mallorca's ability to stay in the Spanish topflight.
