Ghanaian forward Daniel-Kofi Kyereh appeared extremely happy as he spoke about his eye-catching goal for St. Pauli in their Bundesliga II opener.
St Pauli made the perfect start on Sunday as they annihilated Holstein Kiel 3-0 at home - their 30-000 seater capacity Millerntor-Stadion.
The goals came from the boots of Leart Paqarada, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh and Guido Burgstaller respectively.
Of all the goals, however, Kyereh's own has dominated post-match discussions. This is because the 25-year-old delivered an absolutely spectacular finish.
"I just slammed him into the goal and that's it," the attacker said.
Kyereh is expected to play a key role for St Pauli whose aim is to qualify for Bundesliga this season.
