Ghanaian forward Enoch Attah Agyei sets sights on winning African Best award

Ghanaian forward Enoch Attah Agyei says being nominated for African Player of the Year would be an honour.

The 23-year-old former Windy Professionals and Medeama player is currently without a club after leaving Guinean giants Horoya AC.

Before leaving Horoya AC, he was in top form, and he is expected to join a new club before the start of the 2022/23 season.

“Of course, I have set sights on the African best player award, it is not about winning it but getting a nomination will be a plus for me. I have always said to myself that I will work hard to get to the top,” he told Koforidua-based Bryt FM.

After a fantastic CAF Confederation Cup campaign with Ghanaian side Medeama in 2016, Atta Agyei moved to Tanzanian giants Azam FC before joining Horoya AC in Guinea.
