Midfielder Bernard Mensah has won a second trophy in three days as Besiktas beat Antalyspor to win the Turkey Cup on Tuesday night.

Mensah climbed off the bench to help the Black Eagles beat Antalyspor 2-0 to add the Turkey Cup to the league title won on Saturday.

The 26-year-old retired Ghana international who missed Saturday's win over Goztepe replaced Atiba Hutchinson in the 78th minute.

First half goals from Souza and Valentin Rosier was enough for the Turkish giants as they secured the double in the 2020/21 season.

He is currently on loan at Besiktas from Kayserispor with the former having the option of making the deal a permanent one.

The former Vitoria Guimaraes and Atletico Madrid player made 31 Super Lig appearances, scoring 4 goals.

This is the first time Bernard Mensah is winning the double since moving to Europe to continue his career.
