Indian second-tier side Gokulam Kerala have signed Ghanaian striker Charles Teiko Folley to boost their campaign.

The 26-year-old is one of two strikers alongside Marcus Joseph from Trinidad & Tobago to join the club.

Folley could make his debut against Goa on Thursday.

"When Antonio German left, it affected the team because we had no foreign striker. I have confidence about my players but the confidence of the boys went down (without a foreign striker)," head coach Bino George said.

"We have signed two strikers in the new window. Marcos Joseph (Trinidad and Tobago) and Charles Atokiyo**(check name)** (Ghana).

"Hopefully (they will play on Thursday). Their registration is almost complete."

Gokulam Kerala are 8th on the 11-team table after 11 rounds of matches.
