Inter, AC Milan and Napoli to fight for Juventus defender

Juventus defender Martin Caceres is almost certain to leave in the January transfer window as the Bianconeri remain reluctant to renew his contract, with AC Milan, Inter and Napoli all ready to pounce.

The Uruguayan international’s current deal is set to run out in June 2016 and he is now seen as an outcast at the club after failing to break into the starting XI, with even youngster Daniele Rugani preferred over him.

According to the latest edition of Tuttosport, both Milanese sides and Napoli are all searching for defensive reinforcements and have set their sights on the 28-year-old.

Milan are considered the most likely to capture his signature however, they can guarantee regular first team football as they currently struggle to find a partner for key defender Alessio Romagnoli.

Turkish sides Fenerbahce and Besiktas are also reported to hold an interest in Caceres, leaving him with a plethora of options to choose from.
