Inter Allies believe Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi is the right man for the club's philosophy.

Yatsuhashi was appointed last month as First Team coach and Youth team.

The club are notated for grooming talents and selling to European clubs.

''He is a youth coach and has the experience to coach young boys so that went into our decision to appoint him as the head coach,'' Inter Allies CEO Delali Senaya told Adom Sports.

Yatsuhashi is making a return to the Ghana Premier League since his dismissal as Hearts of Oak coach in June last year.
