Inter Allies CEO Delali Senaye has fired a stern warning to striker Ropapa Mensah to keep his focus on the pitch or risks messing up his career.

The young front-man who sparked into gear in the start of the season is now fluffing his lines and has failed to score in his last 7 games for the Tema-based side.

Mensah's inability to produce the goals has taken a toll on Allies form as the Eleven Is To One continue to languish in the relegation zone.

Club CEO Delali Senaye has told the striker he's losing his focus.

"Ropapa needs to keep his focus on playing football. He seems to be enjoying the hype around him. Footballers are almost like celebrities and that comes with a lot which can disrupt them. But Allies have problems I would like to talk about them and not Ropapa," he told Accra-based Asempa FM.

Allies make a trip to Kumasi this weekend to take on Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara.

"They are keen on restoring the club while we are also determined to get ourselves out of the relegation zone so it is going to be a tight game," the former Ghana FA Presidential aspirant stated.

Senaye lauded the signing of striker Isaac Ossae and reveals former King Faisal forward Sulley Mohammed is set to return from injury.

"We have acquired striker Ossae from Lions and Sulley Mohammed is almost fit again so hopefully things will change soon. Sheriff Deo is another great player so we hope to have all of them available."
