Inter Allies coach Herbert Addo has commended Hearts of Oak for their incredible 3-2 come from behind win, attributing the Phobians win to their 'Never Say Die' attitude.

Hearts of oak showed character and verve to claw back from two goals down to win 3-2 against Inter Allies at the Tema Park.

And former trainer of Hearts, Herbert Addo believes the mantra of the club, 'Never Say Die Until The Bones Are Rotten', played a vital role in their resurgence to win the game.

"Hearts have improved judging them from the first half when they were not even touching the ball, and the way they came back strongly into the game, I think the 'Never Say Die' attitude won them the game and I commend them for that. That's very good for a team and we (Inter Allies) need that too," Herbert Addo told reporters.

In spite of the disappointing loss, Addo was happy with his team's output, but bemoaned lack of experience in his set up cost them maximum points.

We have a very good team, but if you have team with very good players, you need experienced players too to complement your squad to control the game but we lack that against a team with experience players.

“We all came for three points, we controlled the game for longer periods, scored and they used their experience to get the winning goal in a very nice match," he noted.
