Inter Allies striker Ropapa Mensah desperately wants to build on his fantastic form from opening day 2-0 win against Aduana Stars in Tema last Sunday.

The quick feet striker scored the club's first goal this season in the 19th minute before assisting Isaac Twum for the second goal 20 minutes later.

"You want to get good performances and build up momentum so hopefully, I think I can take the positives from what I learnt from the first match into the next one,” he told www.interalliesfc.com

"It was a big game and it’s always nice to get your name on the score sheet to make everyone happy. It was virtually a total team's effort and we must build on that.

"The season has just started I think, I have to add a lot of things to improve my game and get better. I have to keep my head on straight, work hard and keep competing everyday because the team is made up of many talented players."

Mensah initially joined the 'Eleven Is To One' on loan last season before making his move permanent in the beginning of this season.

He made eleven appearances last season with two goals and five assists.
