New Inter Allies signing Isaac Twum believes he has arrived at the right club at the right time due to the presence of veteran Ghanaian coach Herbert Addo.

The 19 year old central midfielder’s last season with his former club Hearts of Lions was a turbulent one largely brought about after he failed an MRI test while on national duty with the Black Starlets.

Twum who prefers to play in an attacking midfield role expressed his disappointment with his performances in the campaign gone by which saw him find the back of the net only once.

He revealed that the arrival of Herbert Addo at the club would be helpful in directing the young talent available.

“I want to put behind me all the hitches from the year gone by and I don’t want a repeat of that situation.

“As players we are happy to have Herbert Addo on board due to his vast experience.

“It is also essential that we pay attention to the knowledge that he has to impart.

“I believe that when this happens my career will move in the right direction,he told Citi Sports in an interview.

Twum was among a number of new signings that played a part in the teams 1-1 draw in a pre season friendly against Hearts of Oak at the Tema Stadium.
