Italian giants Inter Milan have loaned out Ghanaian youngster Alfred Duncan to Serie B side Livorno till the end of the season.

The Nerrazuris have allowed the 19-year-old to join the Amarantos in a bid to allow him afford regular playing time and gain experience.

A number of Serie B clubs were chasing after the talented midfielder but it was Livorno boss Davide Nicola who managed to convinced the Giuseppe Meazza side to release him.

An Inter statement confirmed the deal: “Alfred Duncan, the 19-year-old Ghanaian midfielder, will go on loan to Livorno till the end of the season."

“The loan is aimed at helping him get enough playing time which will help him to be regular in the Inter first team when he returns.”

Duncan made three substitute appearances for Andrea Stramacionni's side and started one Coppa Italia game.
