While AS Roma are hardly coming to terms with Manchester United over 30-year old English centre-back Chris Smalling moving in on a permanent basis, Giallorossi on-loan powerhouse has been targeted by Inter Milan. Still on a parent-club deal with Red Devils until June 2022, Smalling is also tracked by Juventus, Everton, and Tottenham, and the cash demand over the rights on him stands still at 20 million euros.
