While his market value got basically cut in half, due to an overall poor seasonal performance, Serbian international box-to-box midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (24) is turning the first to-go-to for Inter Milan, whose CEO, Giuseppe Marotta, had already tried to bring him to Juventus, back in summer 2017. To this end, Neroazzurri are planning an about 45 million euros opening bid, while keeping an open eye on many more midfield players (Man. City's Ilkay Gundogan, Cagliari's Nicolò Barella, AS Roma's Lorenzo Pellegrini, Boca Juniors' Agustín Almendra).
