Nemanja Vidic and Inter have reportedly come to a mutual agreement over the termination of his contract.

The Serbian arrived at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza after a glittering spell with Manchester United however the 34-year-old failed to live up to the lofty standards he had set for himself during his time in the Premier League.

Sky has reported that the Nerazzurri’s termination of the centre-back’s contract which was due to expire in 2016, will become official in the following days. Vidic is set to leave the club with the MLS being most probably his next destination after DC United showed interest in him.

The former Manchester United player struggled to create an impact during his stint in Italy racking up a modest 23 appearances while netting only a single goal in the process.
