The match is scheduled to take place at the Central Stadium in Namangan, Uzbekistan.
Tanko has named experienced goalkeeper Joseph Addo in the goalposts.
Asante Kotoko defender Christopher Nettey was preferred at right back with Samuel Abbey-Ashie Quaye at the left back position.
Hearts of Oak centre back Mohammed Alhassan is being paired with Konadu Yiadom.
In the midfield are Moro Salifu, Michel Otou and Rashid Nortey.
