Agent of Ghana international Isaac Cofie, Nico Hiber, has confirmed German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have expressed interest in signing the midfielder.
Cofie, 22, has been linked with the Bundesliga outfit with recent reports suggesting a summer move.
“He can go to Frankfurt because there is a mutual interest. Eintracht want him as a replacement for Rode,†Huber tol Sportal.de
The powerful central midfielder has not been consistent for Genoa this season as he has played 15 of their 31 Serie A games.
