It was a very difficult game against Karela United- Bechem United coach

Bechem United head coach Kwaku Danso says Karela United proved tough customers for his side in their Ghana Premier League matchday six game at the Nana Fosu Gyabour Park but was confident on securing the three points.

The two sides were unbeaten heading into this game with Karela United leading the table with 11 points whilst Bechem United was placed fourth on the log with eight points.

Stephen Amankonaa and Stephen Owusu goals in the game for Bechem United ensured the home side halted Karela United's unbeaten run in the ongoing season.

Karela United star Diawisie Taylor was on the scoresheet to increase his tally for the season with a consolation for the away side as the game ended 2-1.

Speaking after the game, Bechem United coach Kwaku Danso admitted it was a tough game for his side, "It was a difficult match as in indicated in the pre-match. But I was optimistic we were going to get the three points".

"Anybody who watch the game could attest to it. I congratulate my players and the technical team for the hard work in getting the win against Karela United. We are taking the matches game after game and we shift focus to our next game", he added.

Bechem United is placed second on the league table with 11 points after this win.
