Mighty Jets coach Jonas Amissah believes his men will give the right performance to bring Asante Kotoko down to earth on Saturday.

The capital-based will battle the Porcupine Warriors knowing only victory could salvage their top-flight status in the Ghana Premier League this weekend at the Accra Sports stadium.

Maxwell Konadu’s men have been outstanding this season and could wrap up the title with win over Jets if other results go their way.

But Amissah who re-joined the club last week insists his charges are mentally prepared to halt the winning streak of the Kumasi-based side.

“I watched their match against Hearts on Sunday and I must say that they’re not as special as people think,” Amissah said

“We are going to beat them so I will urge all soccer fans to troop to the Accra Sports stadium to come and witness the demolition job on the league leaders.

“They have been impressive in the second round but I guess they are yet to meet a strong opposition like us.

“We know how to expose their weakness and prove to everyone that we have what it takes to beat relegation and remain in the League,”
