Joakim Adukor happy to make injury return in Diósgyőr's win over Ujpest in Hungary

Ghanaian midfielder Joakim Adukor has expressed delight in making a return to the pitch after several weeks out to help Diósgyőr in their league win over Ujpest over the weekend.

The former Ghana youth international came on in the second half to replace David Markvart as Diósgyőr held on tow win the game 2-1.

"It felt good to be back on the field again after a long time and an important +3points yesterday,' Adukor posted on Social Media.

Mirko Ivanoski opened the scoring after just seven minutes before Rui Pedro added the second on the hour mark.

Soma Novothny pulled one back for Ujpest in injury time.

The win sends Diósgyőr fifth on the NB I Hunngarian top flight league.
