John Painstil wary of Sudan threat

Ghana defender John Paintsil admits Sudan come into Sunday's 2012 Nations Cup qualifier as underdogs but say they will not be pushovers.

The Fulham ace fears the Sudanse might adopt a stonewall strategy that will discontinue their winning run after an opening 3-0 success at Swaziland.

The 27-year-old knows his team mates must knuckle down to preserve their unbeaten status.

"Every game that Black Stars will play is a final game so I'm not saying we've beaten them 2-0 before so we have the upper hand on them. It doesn't work like that nowadays,"

"The won their first game and are in the second position so it's not going to be easy for us.

“They will like to prove a point-that Ghana reached the quarter-final of the World Cup so if u beat Ghana it's going to be historic."
