Jonathan Biabiany was thrilled to score for Inter Milan in their rout of Frosinone.

The winger has been out for over a year when a cardiac arrhythmia was discovered.

“It has been a difficult year and for a while there were no certainties about anything," he told Sky Sport Italia.

“We then realised it just needed a bit of time and I thank everyone who helped me.

“After a year out I also thank Mancini, who puts his faith in me. I always try to give my all and be ready when needed.

“I dedicate the goal to my family and above all my wife."
