Ghana defender Jonathan Mensah remains out with an injury as Evian TG slipped back into the relegation zone in Ligue 1 with a 2-0 defeat at Olympique Lyon.
The Roses’ fight to beat the drop has again been complicated with the defeat to the league’s leaders with three games to go.
Mensah is yet to return to action for Evian since picking up an ankle injury while playing for Ghana in a friendly match against Mali in March.
Evian have during the period struggled to win games as they have now gone five matches without picking maximum points.
A win in their next home match against fellow strugglers Reims is thus not negotiable.
