Ghana striker Jordan Ayew has been named Lorient’s Player of the Month for March, the French Ligue 1 outfit have announced.Â
He beat goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte and defenders Vincent Le Goff and François Bellugou to the monthly prize.
The 23-year old scored two goals against Caen and PSG which increased his season’s tally to nine.
Jordan has also been named in a ten-man shortlist for the Marc-Vivien Foe Award.
