Ghana striker Jordan Ayew will arrive at the Stade Auguste Bonal on Monday to complete to Sochaux.
He will be outdoored by the club and handed his jersey number for the second half of the season.
The 22-year-old is on a six-month loan deal from Olympique Marseille to boost his chances of playing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup finals.
Ayew made seven starts in 16 Ligue 1 appearances for Marseille last season.
