Joseph Paintsil remains a transfer target to Turkish clubs a transfer window shuts on Wednesday

Ghanaian forward Joseph Paintsil remains a subject of a move away from Belgian club KRC Genk with Turkey transfer window closes on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old is under contract with the Belgian Jupiler League side until 30 June 2022.

Genk signed Paintsil away from Ghanaian club Tema Youth in the summer of 2018 for 3 million Euros.

He was loaned to Turkey's MKE Ankaragucu last season where he scored 11 goals in 33 appearances in all competitions.

Paintsil in the shirt of Genk to has managed 6 goals and 4 assists in 63 games since joining them.

Ankaragucu and other Turkish Superlig clubs are interested in signing the attacker before the transfer market closes on Wednesday.
