Ghanaian attacker Joseph Paintsil has lavished praises on KRC Genk teammate Joakim Maehle, labeling him 'machine', for his superb performance in the ongoing campaign.

Maehle has been churning out impressive displays for the Blue and White lads, but the Danish right-back cemented his place as a fan favourite following his earth-shattering performance in the 2-0 win against Standard Liege.

And Paintsil has joined a host of his teammates to salute the 21-year-old for his work ethos, and jokingly nicknamed him 'machine'.

"He is a machine!" He always works and goes. He is at the service of the team and it is fantastic how he can continue to do all that work both defensively and offensively. "

Maehle has scored once in 36 games in all competitions.
