Published on: 27 October 2020

Young goalkeeper Emmanuel Ogura has scribbled a lengthy note of gratitude to Right to Dream Academy after his switch to FC Nordsjaelland.

Ogura, 18, joined FC Nordsjaelland from feeder club Right to Dream Academy in August.

The agile custodian had to wait until October 27 to pen his first professional contract having impressed the technical bench of the team.

He will continue his development with the club’s U-19 team.

Ogura hopped on Instagram to declare his delight after penning the contract.

I must say it wasn't easy to get to this point of my life but I thank God and everyone who supported me through the journey. I am very honored and happy to sign my first Professional contract with Fc Nordjsjaelland, The grind and hard work doesn't stop here, I will continue to work and give my best to the team. Once again I want to say a very big thank you to the Right To Dream Academy football staff who supported me through the journey and a very big thank you too goes to the Fc Nordjsjaelland staff. I'm simply not the first and last goalkeeper to do it but I am the first Right to Dream goalkeeper to do it, which I am very proud. Am now in the world of men which I have to stay Grounded and focused.????

Ogura is one of many Ghanaian talents to have swapped Right to Dream Park Academy for FC Nordsjaelland.
