Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on Benfica’s talented youngster Renato Sanches with the club sending scouts to observe him in the recent match against Porto.

Sanches may only be 17 years of age however his performances for the Portuegese giants has led many to draw comparisons with Juventus star Paul Pogba. The Portuegese starlet commands a release clause of €80 million but could leave As Aguias for around €60 million.

As reported by AS.com, the reigning Scudetto holders are in hot pursuit of the midfielder as they see him as a future replacement for Pogba who is touted to leave Turin.

The Turin giants will have their work cut out should they choose to sign Sanches with the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United displaying strong interest in him.

Moreover, potential new United coach Jose Mourinho is likely to have a strong influence on proceedings.

Sanches, who is of Cape Verdean origin, has made a total of 14 appearances for Benfica while netting two goals.
