Juventus are eyeing a swoop for Borussia Dortmund midfielder and German international Ilkay Gundogan.
The former Nurnberg man â who has a contract running until June 2017 â has made 28 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring twice and making five assists, thus attracting the interest of the Italian champions.
According to Tuttosport, the 25-year-old is Bianconeri coach Massimiliano Allegri’s main transfer target; however, Borussia Dortmund are in no hurry to sell the player, setting his price tag at â¬30 million.
The report suggests though that Juventus are willing to offer â¬25m for Gundogan’s services, plus add-ons.
Juve are not alone in the race to sign Gundogan, with both Liverpool and Manchester City eyeing summer swoops for the midfielder.
