Karela United captain William Opoku Mensah flies out today to join USL side Swope Park Rangers
Karela United FC striker William Opoku Mensah will travel to USA on Thursday to seal his move to USL side Swope Park Rangers, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm
Mensah is expected to arrive on Friday to complete the deal after passing medicals.
He will sign a season loan deal with the club with an option to buy at the end of his spell.
Swope Park Rangers is the feeder side of MLS side Sporting Kansas City.
The 23 year-old netted six goals in fourteen games in the 2017/2018 Ghana Premier League with a hat-trick against giants Hearts of Oak.
Mensah is currently a squad member of the Black Stars B.
