Karela United coach Nurudeen Amadu is determined to escape relegation at the end of the campaign despite their inconsistent performance.
The former Anyinase-based club are just a place above the relegation drop following defeat to Nations FC in the week 25 encounter on Monday.
The Abrankese-based triumphed over Karela United with a 1-0 win held at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, courtesy Emmanuel Annor’s strike in the 25th-minute mark.
Speaking after the game, the former Samartex gaffer promised to guide his outfit against relegation at the of the campaign.
“The ultimate is to escape relegation at the end of the season. I took over the team along the line, so I will manage the situation and ensure the team survive relegation” he said.
Karela United are 15th on the table with 25 points after 25 matches into the Ghanaian top-flight.
They will play host to Aduana Football Academy on April 13 in matchday 26 of the campaign.
