Kevin Prince Boateng eager to make Besiktas debut

Ghana forward Kevin Prince Boateng says he 'can't wait' to make his debut for Turkish side Besiktas.

The 32-year old joined the Super Lig on loan till the end of the season from Italian side Fiorentina on transfer deadline day.

Boateng could make his first appearance for the club when they travel to Rizespor on Saturday.

“Can't wait for Saturday to feel the atmosphere at the stage !! Ready to start," Boateng wrote on social media. 

Boateng met Besiktas President Ahmet Nur Çebi and his vice Adnan Dalgakıran on Monday.

He met the heads of the club to discuss matters relating to his new team.

Meanwhile, the Black Eagles took to social media to welcome the nomadic Ghanaian.

"Welcome to Beşiktaş family,wish you success," the club posted.

Boatteng was joining his 12th club after moving to Fiorentina just the start of the campaign from Sassuolo.

The 32-year old previously played for the likes of Hertha Berlin, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, Portsmouth, AC Milan, Las Palmas and Barcelona.
