King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadu satisfied with performance in win against Dreams FC

King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadu expressed satisfaction with his team's performance in the Ghana Premier League victory over Dreams FC on Tuesday. 

Faisal secured a hard-fought 3-2 win at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi to reclaim the top spot.

Zubairu Ibrahim opened the scoring, his fifth goal of the season, after six minutes of action at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Forward Agyenim Boateng Mensah equalised for Dreams with a penalty in the 32nd minute.

Three minutes later, King Faisal went ahead through Enoch Morrison before Dreams FC defender Habib Mohammed scored an own goal.

Kwaku Karikari pulled a goal back for Dreams later in the second half for a nervy finish.

“Conceding two and still managing to win by scoring three is not a bad performance.” Nurudeen Amadu told the media after the game.

“There can never be a perfect match. Our mentality is to grind the needed points by all means. We always want to win but then you can never win all games.

“In modern football, video analysis is very important in assessing your opponents so as you can plan adequately for them. He is very important and help the technical team a lot,” he added.
