King Faisal file protest against Tamale City over double registration

Kumasi King Faisal have filed a protest against Tamale City over double registration, Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM have reported.

The Insha Allah lads woes were deepened after they suffered a 4-0 against the Ghana Premier League debutants in the matchday 30 games at the Aliu Mahama Stadium on Saturday.

After the game, King Faisal have filed a protest for double registering midfielder, Isaac Mensah.

According to the Kumasi-based club, Mensah was transferred to Tamale City on loan and should have reverted to his parent club, Hasaacas.

King Faisal are fighting to maintain their Premier League status. After 30 games played, they sit 17th on the league log with 33 points with four games left to end the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season.

They will hope to return to winning ways when they host FC Samartex at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in the matchday 31 games this weekend.
