Feyenoord coach Ronald Koeman says Arsenal captain Robin van Persie should go to Barcelona.
Koeman won the European Cup with Barca and feels it is the ideal stage for Van Persie's abilities.
"He's a football player with lots of talent," said Koeman. "His technical skills are spectacular, but he needs success. He is not yet in the greatest in the world bracket. He is, however, a footballer who makes the difference.
"He has developed in recent years and become a complete player," added Koeman. "Unfortunately he has won few titles.
"He deserves a club playing each year for the national title and fighting for the Champions League. Barcelona would do well to grab him. He is one hundred percent a player for Barcelona."
