Kotoko played out a barren draw at All Stars

Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani has hailed his side’s resolute defence in their goalless draw at All Stars over the weekend.

The barren game saw the champions slide further down to third on the Ghana Premier League log.

Kotoko were however unable to make their solid defensive display count on the other end as their strikers remained wasteful in front of goal.

But coach Dramani appeared satisfied with the draw – stressing on his team’s invincibility in defence.

"It was a closely fought game. We achieved one part of our objectives – which was to keep a clean sheet.” he said

“The other part which was to win at all cost however did not materialize.

"We created good chances but we were let down unfortunately by indecision.”

Kotoko are now third – four points behind leaders Medeama with 10 games to go.
